I found the Soul of Wellness! I was looking for that little piece to bring it all together. When I first came to see the gym I was worried and conflicted with emotions. Not sure what to expect or just seeing another gym. What I found was a very TEAM FAMILY atmosphere. The coaches are all great, the members are the most important and are always including you in everything.I know that I’m with amazing people and professional coaches. It’s hard work, fun educational and inspirational. They understand the physical body movements and work every inch of it. I’m satisfied when I check in , check out & return. By the time I leave the gym, I have achieve a healthy mindset, body & spirit. I’m very thankful to coach Patrick for teaching me so much in the few days I’ve joined. He’s very knowledgeable, tough , alert, explains everything and serious about everyones training. The place is clean & safe. I’m Investing in myself and I love it. This is real talk! 💯

Great gym with even better people. Rising Legends make going to the gym a fun and worthwhile experience. I would highly recommended to anybody who is thinking about joining. This is the best experience I've ever had at a gym.
