  James worked with my twins on their birthday bears as if they were his own kids. Best experience ever for them and me. I Will make it my business to come back to this specific store just because of him. Been to other stores and it’s like night and day. James you have no idea the impact you had on my kids who get overwhelmed in stores noise and crowded places. You gave me hope for their future and humanity. Thank you!

  Went with my 19 year old daughter to spend some quality time together. The prices were reasonable for the animals. The clothing and accessories are where the prices get a bit high. Always look for a coupon online before you go. The store was pretty empty so most of the time we had the place to ourselves. We went through all the motions, chose the heart, pumped the stuffing, washed the bears and groomed and dressed them.
  I definitely remember it being more fun when the kids were little but we both had a nice time and came out with our cute bears.

  We went to celebrate birthdays. Our experience was fantastic and James was the best with his customer service!

  My last experience at Build a Bear involved a few employees that rushed the kids and seemed to not want to be there....so I was hesitant to go today with my 3 kids. Butttttttt.....let me say, the customer service was excellent!!!!! James was great with my rather chaotic crew and Jay was also so great!!!! Working in a place surrounded by energetic kids and sometimes exhausted parents....you have to have the patience and personality for it and they surely did!!!!! Can't forget Kayla at the register....she was so friendly and patient, something you just don't see too much of these days in customer service. Thanks guys, you made this a memorable experience us today!!

  Hands down one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! As soon as me & my boyfriend walked in we were immediately greeted & instructed how the process works. James (as pictured) was such an incredible help. He made the whole experience 100x better. I definitely recommend going here for an unforgettable memory!! Thanks again James!!! ❤️
