“I've been going to Dr Heidi for over 20 years and won't trust my face to anybody else. The staff is super friendly and supportive, the office is spotless and a pretty and relaxing environment. She has a great bed side manner and patiently and thoroughly answers questions I have even if they're based on nonsense from the internet. Also appreciate her Instagram posts where she discusses relevant topics. There's a private room to relax in prior to treatment (fraxel), they have bottles of water and granola bars, and I always look forward to the Hersheys kisses and samples post treatment. I would highly recommend!”

“When my daughter broke her glasses (she's had them less than a month) and the place we originally got them from would not warranty them we came here. I was able to get her a new pair of glasses for 100 bucks and with a year warranty. Staff was friendly and made her feel comfortable (she is super shy and was hiding behind my back). We did have to wait about a week for them to be completed but that seems to be standard.”
