  This summer, I have been using Access and Dr Urvater's team for some extraordinary back pain. In my adult life, I have used PT about 4 or 5 different times from other offices and being in a healthcare related field, I deal with medical offices regularly. I have never met a practitioner more dedicated to her craft than Dr. Urvater or had outcomes exceed expectations like this. She is a caring, compassionate clinician with a clear expertise in her field and a fierce love for what she does that could not be more apparent. We've all dealt with Medical professional who just "phone it in"... not the case here and that attitude extends from the reception desk to the guy disinfecting the equipment. I witnessed best practices in every aspect of my care from the initial intake to the therapeutic techniques employed. They use cutting edge technology when appropriate and good old fashioned, hands on physical therapy when needed. The interface with my insurance carrier was seamless and timely.
  
  My experience with them could not have gone better and I recommend them enthusiastically.

  Very professional and caring staff. The staff from the front desk to the physical therapists are all knowledgeable and really care about your well being and helping you to get better. I appreciate all that they are doing to help me get better and to regain full use of my arm again. Thanks to them I’m on the mend

  My wife has been very fortunate to have received the highly skilled, professional and compassionate approach offered by Dr. Tracy Urvater and her team. Over a very difficult and stressful year, my wife had actually three distinct cycles of physical therapy with Dr. Tracy, with the final result that she is now walking better than she has in years, quite literally. With my own considerable prior background in rehabilitation, I can candidly share my deep appreciation for Dr. Urvater's caring, scientific, individualized and emotionally supportive approach which can make all the difference in the world on the road toward strategic healing.   I have been going to Access Physical Therapy for my shoulder. The office staff were efficient, courteous, and respectful. I would highly recommend Mona. She is intelligent, attentive and compassionate. Strong too! She truly cares and believes in rehabilitating you. I feel cared for when I am there. Thank you for your warm reception and your professional care during my therapy sessions. The place is clean and well organized, no waiting and easy to get appointment.
  Melissa, Tara and Sam also participated in my care and were excellent.
