(December 10, 2021, 8:23 am)My husband went to this facility in bad shape. The case managers Maureen Gill & Elysia Acosta were EXCELLENT! They kept me updated every week on his condition, any change they were contacting me and my family, the floor staff was great as well. My husband was clean, bed changes, up out of the bed and responding much better. He was there for 3 months and I have no complaints. This is a great place to have your love one at.
