“TruCare is one of the best pharmacies in the County. I am a nurse and in contact with many pharmacies and TruCare is the only one that informs me directly, by phone when a medication is needed for my clients. There may be a time, when by NYS law that the pharmacy is unable to fill a RX, example might be a controlled drug, if a client must have blood work done, or if a client is in a nursing home. They go above and beyond to make things right, even speaking to a drug company directly to locate a medication for a client. They are so thorough and willing to help 100%. It is disturbing for me to read a negative review when I have never been disappointed by their concern for my clients.”
