Always responsive and friendly. I have been with Don Dietrich's Allstate agency for about 15 years, for auto and home insurance. It is more of a family atmosphere there which is rare to find, but Don and the other agents also know how to find you the lowest rates and provide good advice on things you can do to lower rates. My daughter recently switched back to Don's agency after comparison research. Highly recommend!
