Orangetown Classic Diner

Basic diner food. While the shakes and desserts look great, they're nothing special (to me). But the service is generally fast (unless it's really busy), the people very nice, and location is convenient. Seating is usually not a long wait. And, they accommodate large parties, if needed.

This is just MY OPINION. I would definitely recommend given this place a try. Many have raved about their food and desserts. I'm a bit picky myself. But, I have been here many times, and I will continue to come here.

My kids DO enjoy the desserts. And, they are most definitely unique.

There really is no "NEGATIVE" to this place.

Worth the trip - if you are in the area. Prompt friendly service, lots of "new" takes on items. We had mac and cheese blocks which were pretty good. Two sets of bathrooms - I found that uncommon for diners - and good ADA access for wheelchairs. Missing one star for the dry Turkey Club (some places slice fresh from a turkey ball - like Boars Head or Thumanns, this one was the typical thicker dry pieces).

One of the best diners we have ever been to. All 4 of us liked our orders. Definitely worth coming back to.

Got dinner and breakfast to go on two separate occasions while staying at a nearby hotel. Food was incredible, huge servings and delicious. Packaged with care and provided everything I could possibly need to enjoy back at the hotel. The interior is so cute I’d love to dine in someday and that dessert case has me drooling
