He was very helpful over the phone, he had walked me through the different areas of the lock to check and sure enough their was a way to get in from the outside. If it wasn't for making this call I would have foolishly kept ruining cards trying to wedge it in between the door jam, or kick down the door in frustration. I lost the key to my old safe. Called several places to see if anyone can open it. I didnt get much answer or it was too expensive. When I called this company, I spoke to him. He told me to take a picture of the safe and send it to him. After I sent him the picture we were in business. He was nice, honest and professional. He got better price than other places. He was able to open my safe.😁

He was AMAZING! I have a fiat and most places I called weren’t able to program a key for my car because it take special equipment. He was able to do it for me and was SO kind the whole time. If you need a new key give him a call. He will tale good care of you.
