Went to this place a few months ago to figure out some ligering problems with my car. Long story short I have been trying to figure out what was wrong with the car from multiple mechanics. Mostly in Florida and Georgia. The only person that could properly identify and tell me what was wrong with the car was East Side. 100% recommend them. True honest work that's hard to find.

I've known Joe since grammar school and have been bringing my cars to him for decades. He saved me thousands when he spotted an engine problem that was about to go off warranty! When I moved to Monroe NY I tried to find a garage that was honest, competent and fair priced. I failed. I am happy to make the 40 minute trip to Arlene and Joe's. In this day of fakes, phonies and fools it's a relief to have someone you can actually count on to do the right thing!

My wife and I were visiting from Ohio when our alternator blew the morning we were to drive home. We were in a pinch and were turned down by another local shop. We had to get home that day, and East Side worked quickly to make that happen. Most places would not have done what they did - we are very appreciative!
