(August 11, 2018, 11:14 pm)I've purchased three bikes from Piermont Bike and couldn't be happier with my experience. I picked up two bikes at their store and the staff was very friendly. I also shipped a bike out to family in California and that went smoothly too!

1. Communication was excellent.
2. Piermont Bike accommodated whatever I request I made.
3. They provided amazing service in every way possible.
4. Staff was polite and professional.
5. Pricing was very fair.
6. When I arrived at their Store to pick up my purchase, they said that they provided me with a New Kickstand at NO COST TO ME!
7. My Bike was perfectly serviced and ready for pickup when promised.
8. All in, an unusually PLEASANT purchase experience.
9. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Piermont Bike!!
