Promenade at Chestnut Ridge

The staff has done a super job keeping residents safe and healthy during the COVID 19 crisis. It has been hard for everyone not to allow visitors, but the staff has set up zoom calls so we could see and talk to our relative weekly. Under really trying circumstances, they have done a great job keeping families informed and in touch with loved ones. Thank you!!

The staff at the Promenade has done an outstanding job of attempting to make these Covid 19 times as normal as possible for their residents. The staff knows my dad by name and helps him with kindness and generosity and professionalism. The executive staff is responsive and communicates with us. These have been very trying times for everyone....and the folks at Promenade continue their mission of as full a life as possible for their residents, with dignity.

I visited Promenade at Chestnut Ridge because as my mother continues to age, we are feeling that she may need to change her living situation. I was struck by the community feeling and overall sense of peace and kindness that exists in this place. They've stayed in touch we me regularly to offer support in any way they can as I navigate this difficult time. When the time comes, I would feel very confident in having my mother taken care of by them.

I have been searching for a place for my mother father to reside for months. My family meet with Debbie and took a tour, we were put at ease with our situation. The Promenade is a great facility with ever present friendly staff. Debbie was attentive, answered all our concerns, and gave advice. Unfortunately, my mother requires more care then what the Promenade could offer. They did recommend what steps we should take next.Thank you to The Promenade.
