Bonnie's Yoga Shala

I am proud to say that I have been practicing with Bonnie on a weekly basis since 2014. She is a beautiful soul who has inspired me and helped strengthen my yoga practice. I love practicing outside on her beautiful yoga deck surrounded by her enchanted garden. I also enjoy practicing inside her home which is where you’ll find her very peaceful shala. I always feel more relaxed and centered when leaving her class. My son has attended class with me and my mother has also enjoyed her chair-yoga classes. Bonnie can teach all ages and levels. She is truly the best!

Bonnie's Yoga Shala provides class in small group and private sessions by welcoming yogis into her studio space. In warmer weather the sun deck partially shaded by trees, shrubs and surrounded by fragrant colorful flowers allow for a connection into nature and with spirit.
When the chill is in the air the cold weather and elements no longer permit for comfortable outdoor practice Bonnie's indoor home studio provides space for asana, meditation and reflection.
Bonnie's guidance, attentiveness, instruction and knowledge pushes each student to deepen their practice by words, adjustments (if comfortable with contact) and by example.

Bonnie is a long time practitioner of many yoga traditions. She will guide you through the poses with hands on adjustments and will always give options for the beginner and the advanced student. Love her and her practice.
