The facilities and amenities are great - friendly people, decent restaurant and a nice golf course- it’s close to lots of restaurants and shops and plenty of things to do both in the park and out.

I’ve got to knock a star off tho for connectivity, as especially right now when so many are working remotely and traveling around, this is a sticking point for us.

Verizon service is totally unreliable in the park. The tower is very saturated and they are aware and won’t fix it (not the parks fault but a huge sticking point if you need connectivity). The park does NOT have any wifi connectivity for short term stays(less than one month)- so you have to go to the main building if you need wifi. If you’re long term, they have a $65/month plan thru dish.

Verizon closer to town works fine (speed test 98 down near the Starbucks) but at the park it’s 1.5mb down - ouch.

Verizon states their network team is well aware of the issue but it didn’t seem that they have any intention of fixing it, so make your plans accordingly. We will most likely have to stay at a different park closer to town if we return to Casa grande. With the massive size of this park, it would be great if they had some pull with Verizon to get this fixed- I can’t imagine we are the only ones struggling with this.
