“I ordered photos online but they never cane through. I called walgreens almost weekly and every time was told it was processing but since its already so long, it is likely that they were lost by yhe film company. However, even iver 1 month later, I was helped out by Richy who had called the film company and trqcked down the error and my pictures! Even though the wait was long due to the film company. The experience was much less frustrating than expected becauae of the walgreens staff i spoke with. While i do not recommend relying on your disposable camera for images, i definitely recommend usign walgreens if you do”

“My dryer was acting funny, it needed repair. Looking for the right person I found L&M in this site and reading the positive reviews I decided to give him a call. On the phone, Mark was familiar with my machine and what the problem probably was, which gave me a lot of confidence, but he needed to see it. He came the next day at exactly the time we agreed, he diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. I had to make a choice because the machine was old and had a few other minor things that needed to be changed. I prefer something mechanically simple that does the work, without computerized systems that add more parts that can fail, so I decided to fix it. Mark was very supportive of my decision, came back a few days after with the replacement parts and fixed everything. My dryer looks and works as did......many, many years ago. I am very happy with it. I can highly recommend Mark, he is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitively be calling him next time when an appliance fails in my house. Hold it Mark, I just hope is not that soon.”

“On time and honest. We had a leak. They looked at our roof, identified a few potential causes, but nothing obvious. They were hesitant to charge us for any work because they weren't confident it would fix the leak. The work they did was extremely fairly. Robert and their foreman make a team that's unbeatable. All concerns were satisfied to my ultimate satisfaction. I'm confident my new EPDM (RUBBER ROOF) will last without any complications because of their combined experience and diligent work ethic. Very professional and polite. Living with my mom who is a senior I was able to have a ramp built and they provided great work at a reasonable price. Josue and his team walked the job with me at the end and everything went well. Very happy with the work. I will use them again. Modern Roofers did great work. Their people are very friendly and easy to work with. I will use them again.”
