“Very professionally ran facility. I could tell that everyone I had contact with cared about my wellbeing and was very accommodating. Wait time was literally minutes from walking in - rare to see these days at a doctor's office. My procedure went without any issues and Dr. David took the time to explain every step before and during the procedure, so that I felt at ease with what was going on. He did an excellent job administering the local anesthetic - completely painless experience. The assistants and the rest of the staff were pleasant to deal with and very attentive.”

“I have been a patient at Procore P.T. in Pearl River the past four weeks after surgery for a meniscus tear. The facility is clean, and attached to Retro Fitness which allows access to equipment for sessions. I have worked with three physical therapists and assistants, one being Greg an owner. They all have a positive and friendly attitude with the patients. There is about 3-4 patients being worked on at a time but that does not diminish the attention given to each individual. The therapist adjusts my exercises and stretches often based on my improvement. I learned a lot from PT and I know I would not have healed as quickly if I opted not to go. My experience with ProCore has been extremely positive.”

“I have trained with Richie once a week for the past year and a half and can honestly say we have never done the same workout. Richie is very knowledgeable and has me doing exercises I have never done nor seen done by anyone else in a gym. I went to Richie looking to gain weight and size. I have put on 20 lbs and look bigger than my actual weight. Richie holds me accountable on correct form in exercises and always pushes me to an extra few reps or going up in weight. Also my diet has improved significantly as has my confidence and knowledge of workouts. Not only have I seen the positive change but as has my girlfriend, family, friends and strangers.
