Jennifer has a very gentle and welcoming nature (which is essential when you're about to talk about incontinence!). She is clearly very knowledgeable in women's physical therapy and gave me an abundance of tips and exercises to help increase strength and to perform daily activities in a more mindful manner. “I’ve been having frozen shoulder since March 2022. went through two orthopedic docs, steroid injection, anti inflammatory drugs and steroid pills. pain was excruciating. during MRI, i even cried cause I couldn’t lay down for 30 min without moving. my left shoulder was hurting a lot.
