“The conference suite was great as far as room for what it's intended for. The hotel has not been upgraded in a while and the carpet, tiles, and other areas have definitely seen better days. There was a fair amount of little critters sharing the hotel with me: A couple of spiders in room and a little roach in the elevator. The sofa bed was very worn and my sister was very uncomfortable and she woke in quite a bit of pain. The bedding for the sofa bed was non existent and we had to call and go down to get it. They spent several hours looking for a cot for her instead. Even though things weren't updated, the rooms and hotel was clean. The breakfast was VERY good. I will say that the service was phenomenal! The staff was very attentive and very quick to greet, accommodate, and see to my every need. They go above and beyond and made you feel like you were a valued and repeat/well known guest the moment you arrived until departure. The staff made this experience worth every inconvenience! The hotel is well situated so that you feel like you are out of the hustle and bustle, but has everything you could want within 2-10 minute drive and just about everything you could want within walking distance. I would suggest making sure that you have enough blocks or that you have a power strip that accommodates charging ports for electronics. That was the 1 main inconvenience that was easily fixed with a purchase.”
