Simple- when I called I spoke to actual people, no automated choices, no long wait- also the ladies in the office remembered it was my sons birthday and made sure to get someone out to treat in ample time to clear the ants and check on things before the party. The techs that came out were wonderful, they explained what they were doing and took time to explain it to my 7 year old (he loves them), and lastly the technician told me that the owner of the company is out working with them and meeting the customers. This company feels like family, and they are trustworthy and reputable. I recommend them 1000 times over.”

“I have nothing but praises for most of the store. Pharmacy, front end, and store cleanliness all 5 ⭐️. A special shout out to the front end manager who is always visible and available to customers. Today the lines were getting long and I guess there were no more cashiers, so she opened a self check lane and acted as a cashier to assist customers - looks like a lot of customers don’t like to use self check out. The only complaint I have is with the deli department. One deli worker walked away to do a task while I was next in line. There is nothing more frustrating than being completely ignored while you’re waiting your turn. She (Sue) walked away and (Steve) instructed her on her task all while leaving (Alex) to handle the customers. Another woman got in line behind me and nobody even made eye contact. Just want you to know the customers notice. We can go to any deli, there are plenty. I don’t mind waiting on a line but it’s unacceptable to walk away and ignore waiting customers.”

The new Owners are doing a great job improving every single aspect of this business. It looks so clean and the service is just amazing. By the way, I loved it so much I had to bring a sandwich for my 86 year old grandma to try, her favorite was the tuna salad sandwich, she said she never had a tuna sandwich so good in her life. Times are tough nowdays, prices are going up everywhere, I don't understand how people expect to pay what they were paying 1 year ago. I'm constantly buying food and I see the prices getting higher in every single food business I've been to, I can even see it when I go grocery shopping. Keep up the great job Spring Deli!!!”
