“Somehow I appeared as a skip in their system. The manager went above and beyound to help me figure out how, when, and what was purchased. I am so great full for her help, and look forward to being a customer when this is figured out. I went in because my sons PlayStation is b omg repaired and he saw that we can do a short term lease, but from seeing how much they are there to help I trust this company to actually look into purchasing furniture I am going to update. I never knew this company had the quality, or was financially feasible with its prices, it isn’t much more then the traditional stores! I would prefer smaller payments while I’m able to save more and then pay it off with the yearly bonus I receive. It may sound strange that I feel this way but you would have to try them to understand, it wasn’t their fault someone used my identity.”

It was here or the dealership (who said it would cost $169 just to look at the car). I had an issue with my Hyundai force stopping one day and my mechanic didn’t have the tools to fix what he assumed was a hybrid system issue. There are no other hybrid mechanics around, but they came highly recommended. However I was mainly seeing Prius and battery issues, and I wasn’t sure if they could handle my issue. They did! It was fairly priced, and if it solves my issue, I’m happy. However, they are very far away from me (not their issue, mine) and I do agree with other reviews that their timeliness can be an issue. I had read the reviews about this, so I was quick to contact them myself and ensure they were working on my car. To be honest, I think that’s important for you to do as a customer. I did get the sense more than once that my car had been forgotten about. Again though, just be aware of that, don’t avoid them because of it, because if they fix it well, fix it cheap, and the other option is the dealership, then I stand by my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ review!”
