“We were there at November 10 in hope for some late apple picking. Unlike many other farms they were still open. We got a pole and managed to gather enough apples from tops of the trees. Even golden delicious were still available. That was a pleasant surprise. The was no entrance fee and the lady in the farm shop was very nice. 37$ for half of a bushel. The orchard is about thirty miles from NYC and is located in some picturesque rural area. So it was s nice experience all in all. I liked how quiet the place was with no entertainment and no teenage stuff. Plastic bags they provided were of a good quality and easy to carry.”
