“I'm someone who will pay a little extra for service and quality. My initial interaction with NW8 needed some improvements, on the service side, and boy did they not disappoint the second time around. I was extremely impressed with their desire to make my experience that much better. I felt that immediately when the owner called me directly to discuss how my initial interaction went. We discussed some improvements i felt as the customer, could use some attention. He didn't hesitate to immediately address those points and act on them. What makes a business worth going back to and speak highly of, is feeling like you are heard and cared about. He cared about my suggestions and making it right. Making it the best experience. Making it about the customer. Businesses these days only care about money and turning and burning. Not here. I felt like i was more than just a person spending $1,300.00 and another number on their turnstile. Finally, about the fitting itself. I had a custom fitting with their Trackman technology and Mike Koch. Mike was the best. This may have been my first custom club fitting ever, let alone at NW8, however, Mike didn't make it feel that way. He explained every number we were looking at, areas of improvement needed and why. More importantly, he spoke to me in a way that made these "foreign language numbers" make sense. The numbers on the screen were just numbers to me and i had no idea what i was reading. After about 10mins, of what ended up being 2hrs, of him breaking it down in a way that made sense and where my money was going, i was speaking Trackman language as though i had been through 20 custom fittings with him and NW8. Mike was personable, didn't rush the process, or rush me out of there just because there was another one immediately following my fitting. He gave his undivided attention to me, without distraction. Awesome. In summary, ownership cares about making it about the customer. Their Trackman technology spot on. Mike Koch is someone i highly recommend asking for when going in for a Trackman custom fitting. Worth every penny spent. Kudos to Scott, Mike and NW8. Ill be back without hesitation. You shouldn't hesitate to go spend money there, either.”

“My experience at Clifton Park Periodontics was great. The staff was friendly. The staff was caring and made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in, from reception to the room. Dr.Lam was great in walking me through the X-rays and where things are going south. Her recommendations were what I had expected it to be based on my personal research. She was also sensitive during the procedures I had accepted to get done. Costs and discounts were explained clearly and I knew where I stood with payment for services. Overall experience is great and would recommend this business for anyone that is looking for a new periodontist.”
