One of the most important aspects of a business is great customer service. I am happy to say this company has the best customer service. Professional!! Good value for what you paid for. Price was below estimate because the clog was not as bad as it was thought. Bottom line. When you need plumbing service use them. You cannot go wrong . Thanks for the help, support and professionalism !!

Had a plumbing issue pop up at a horrible time. Called a few places and couldn’t get anybody. Called rooter man at 1pm and they had a tech, Bill, out by 4pm. Bill was awesome and a joy to learn from. Understood my plumbing better in 3 minutes than I knew in 3 years. Was upfront about cost including best and worst case scenario. Worked efficiently and had everything working properly in no time. Overall would recommend. If you get Bill just know you’ll be all good 👍

Tim was excellent….professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Tim is very knowledgable and patient. Estimate was given and the final bill was what was expected with no additional charges. My experience was very positive starting with Tammy on my initial call….very understanding and returned phone calls when needed…..the customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again

Tim was the most friendly and professional plumber and did an amazing job repairing my main water line coming into my house from the street. Tim knew what exactly needed to be done and explained it all to me and showed me the finished job and went over on how to turn on the water supply if I ever had to shut off for whatever reason. I learned some valuable information today. I will recommend Tim and Rooterman to all of my friends and family. 5 Stars.
