Quick call back to set up an appointment. Technician came out, got my door fixed up within an hour and did a few extras to help preserve my 23+ year old garage door system. Very reasonable price (although I was prepared for really bad news given the age of my system!). Plan to call again when the whole thing finally bites the dust.

They were really considerate. Joy gave me a call when they had a customer that canceled their appointment. Bernie arrived on time. He’s extremely professional. He explained to me what the issue was and recommended replacing a component instead of the whole opener unit. The fix was quick and smooth. Bernie then made all the necessary adjustments and showed me how to maintain the garage door on my own.

I can’t thank them enough for the timely and top-notch service. And no up selling!
