“First off the guy knows Saab cars inside out. The prices are what they are, these things can be a bit of a bear to work on. I know this having done more than my share of work on the car in the past. The owner, Greg, has always stood behind the work he or one of his technicians have carried out. If there has been a problem then he simply fixes it. If it was other than related to the original then you pay for the work and he tries to work with you on the price to lessen the pain. No one is perfect, especially where you get into complex mechanical and electrical issues on cars like these. Our car is over 13 years old and has had a couple of major issues, like motor being pulled and repaired and total front end accident. Both times it wasn't cheap but it was fixed well. You pay for knowledge and the specialized tools to carry out the repairs. At the end of the day Rocks has both. They have always been honest and fair with us. Counter to other reviews we have never once seen even a hint of threat or other from anyone there, EVER! We have been using Rocks for over 6 years now for both our Saab and our Honda.”
