From start to finish, my purchasing process with Mohawk Chevy was spectacular. I was interested in a used car from them that had actually just been sent to auction the day I reached out. They were able and willing to bring this car all the way back to the dealership the next day and work out a deal with me. I had Mike "the Martian" as my sales consultant and he was personable, professional and overall went the extra mile for me, collecting every answer to my incessant questioning and even giving me his own snacks as our deal went up to closing time. Even beyond the sale, all of the staff made the process of trading in and purchasing this vehicle seamless. There were staff to assist with financing, swapping insurance and ensured that everything was done properly the first time through. Every step of the process was smooth and every person I interacted with was friendly, fun and helpful.

I had shopped around at multiple other dealerships prior to this purchase and with how crazy the car market is right now, none were even close to the experience I had with Mohawk Chevy. In all my past car shopping, I haven't had such an enjoyable time.

All I can say is wow. What an amazing experience with this dealer ship. I've had several experiences with dealerships throughout my lifetime, and this one was definitely one of the better ones. Jessica DiTrapano was very professional and very hospitable. I have never seen a dealership spend so much time making somebody comfortable with a new purchase. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure I had the right financing and a good experience.

I learned this week that going through the right dealership makes a huge impact on your purchase. James Chevrolet of Johnstown lost a sale with me because they were charging $6,000 above MSRP. Yes, 6 with 3 zeros. Mohawk Chevrolet got a new customer today as well as my recommendation if you are in the market for a new Chevrolet. I had a wonderful experience dealing with everyone I encountered at Mohawk Chevrolet on the lease of my new 2023 Chevy Silverado. Everyone, from the owner to the salesperson who finalized my new lease, was so kind and responsive. It felt like a true family atmosphere. When I first connected with Mohawk Chevrolet I was only expecting to get a better understanding of my options as my existing lease was set to expire in early 2023. Not long after my initial contact, all of my options were laid out to me in terms that were easy for me to understand and allowed me to make my best choice for a new truck. This dealership is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Service went well as usual. This is my only dealer I take my Blazer RS to serviced at. Melisa St. Louis is always my go to staff for scheduling my Blazer and with any other questions I have as she has the best attitude and an eye for detail. Waiting room is hardly called a waiting room since there is always so many options for food, drinks, tv and super fast wifi. Got a very good complementary car wash after my oil change as well. Always a pleasure going here.

This was my second experience at Mohawk Chevrolet and it was, 1000%, a satisfying experience. The service area is spacious, clean and easy to navigate. The staff, however, are what make the experience a pleasant one. Gregg has been my service rep twice now and he’s just a really pleasant guy! My car was finished in a timely manner and that’s a huge plus!! I couldn’t imagine taking my car anyplace else.
