The team at Islander in Ballston Spa has been outstanding. They were very helpful and informative when we selected our hot tub and throughout the install process. Recently, we had an extended power outage while my family was traveling out of town - during 10' weather. We emailed the service team with our concerns about the hot tub. Dave the Service Manager got right back to us and had a technician out the very next day (which was a holiday!). The technician Rich rescued our hot tub from serious damage; we're pleased to say it's now operating perfectly and we enjoy it daily. This would not have been possible without the professionalism and concern demonstrated by Dave, Rich and the entire Islander team. We're very happy to have purchased our hot tub from them.

Everything about our purchase was amazing! Joe and Kay the sales reps were informative and super nice and professional. The delivery drivers were very friendly and made sure we had everything that was on the list as they unloaded the materials. The installers said they'd be here between 730am-8am at 731am they pulled in the driveway right in time. All were very professional and install took less than 2.5 hours. They all truly did an amazing job. I will recommend anyone I know to your company. I actually have already sent two customers your way:-) Thank you again for such a smooth great experience. We look forward to enjoying our pool. We see a hot tub in our future next year and will definitely buy from you! We just took a class today on how to close our pool for winter. Our experience with Joe and the team at Islander Pools was wonderful. They were very thorough in their explanations, always available for questions/prompt with email replies , and very informative with the whole process. Once things were ordered the install and electric recommendations from Joe were great to work with as well. Everyone that walked into our backyard to get our pool up and running were respectful, thorough, and friendly. Very grateful and we can’t wait for years of fun in our pool!
