Had to replace m Culligan whole house water filter….called Culligan and was told from $3000 to $3600 for a new one 🤬
I started looking for alternatives and came across Verity Water…they had excellent Google reviews so I called them. Geoffrey showed up as scheduled …analyzed my water system and quoted me $1,699 on a comparable whole house water filter ( a must have for our well water system).
Two weeks later he came back and installed my new upgraded water filter.
It was as promised and Geoffrey was clean ,professional and courteous.

We have had a methane issue in our water for some time. We decided to have the problem solved and called Geoff at Verity Water. He installed an aeration system that has completely solved our issues. While here, he also rebedded our charcoal filter and serviced our injection pumps. We were extremely satisfied with his analysis, his installation of products, his pricing and his responsiveness. He is our new go to guy for our water system.

We moved into our house a few years ago with very little knowledge of the water softening system. Also, it is our first house with a well. Geoff has literally walked me through and educated me so much. I am completely comfortable letting him come into my house, even if I’m not home. He answers the phone or returns a call when I have a question. He is a great and trustworthy person. Recently he installed a reverse osmosis water purification system for us. I only wish I had done it years ago. I love it...best part is no more lugging big 35packs of bottled water into the cart at the store!

We had an older water softener unit in our home of forty years that abruptly stopped producing soft water. I first called Culligan for service. I was told replacement parts were no longer made for the older unit and my only option was purchasing a brand new Culligan system. Not feeling comfortable with that verdict I did some research and located Geoff of Verity Water. Geoff is a straight forward, honest man who looks you in the eye when explaining the water softener unit and repair. He actually showed me why our unit wasn't producing soft water and also assured me that parts for our older system were indeed available. We didn't need parts, we only needed the resin replaced in the cylinder because it eventually became so compacted after years of use it could not filter the appropriate level of hard water deposits to deliver the soft water we had become accustomed to. Geoff emptied, washed and refilled the cylinder with new resin, ran a cycle and we had soft water again! It was a valuable learning experience to know that the big guys are not always the honest guys. We recently moved to another home without a water softener and called Geoff for a new unit within two weeks of our move. Once again, the experience we had with Geoff was very positive and the price of the unit he installed was competitive. We highly recommend Verity Water for the quality products installed and the honesty of the owner in an often dishonest world.
