Paul is awesome! Very knowledgeable about the remote car start kits. I purchased a car start kit off of Amazon, which turned out to be the wrong kit, due to some confusion on my part about the type of key fob I had, “G key”. He responded quickly to my questions about his kit on eBay and explained the differences to me which the other seller was not able to explain, just said the kit will not work with my car. Paul was actually able to help me program the module to work with my car, but it was missing some functionality. It would not let me unlock the car when the engine was running after starting it. He was able to explain that to me as well, that this function has to be flashed into the memory. I bought Paul’s kit, which turned out to be a lot easier to install, and the harness was longer so I was able to mount the module in a better place under the dash. Great product and service. I ordered a remote start for my ‘14 Murano on eBay from him. I had a small hiccup on my installation but the package comes with a “tech support” phone number to text. The man responded within 2min (on a Sunday afternoon mind you) and walked me through to sort my issue and I was good to go. Great product at a great price and the fact the seller (who seems to be an installer as well) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely the best! Bought unit over 3 years ago and after a jump start the unit failed.
I install alarms and tracking devices...retired now..solder everything...so after checking fuses..all good..I called the number on module, left message and got a return text within minutes.
Followed Utube links and was up and running.
This guy really stands behind his product and has the passion for what he does...thks again....Mike

I don’t understand all the hate this man gets, I bought a remote start for my f150 and it was ready to go with programming instructions and everything I needed to hook it up. The price was affordable compared to others on the market. I managed to mess up some wiring because I was going too quickly so I messaged the support number and got a message straight away with multiple ways to diagnose and fix my issue. Very helpful and everything works great!
