I have used them several times this season and I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are. They came for an emergency call and also had to do a big furnace repair. They were very reliable, friendly and went out of their way to get get us up and running. Grant is fantastic. He really cares about customer service. He took time to explain everything in detail so we knew what was happening. Dale and Kyle were also Fantastic. They’re super knowledgeable and I feel confident I’m not being taken advantage of. They have the most affordable pricing and quality work in the area. My husband and I are so thankful to have a company we trust.

We just purchased a Combination Gas Boiler and tankless hot water system to replace our old system. Gene and Dan provided excellent Customer Service are an asset to the Roland J Down team! They were punctual, professional and answered all of our questions! Kudos to George our sales rep who walked through the whole process! A+

Great job from Roland J Down from start to finish! Salesperson Cheri was easy to work with and gave us a very fair quote. Excellent new boiler install by Gene, Rusty and Cliff! They showed up on time, worked diligently and finished the job neatly and quickly. Gene went above and beyond and added a new valve to a faulty radiator. Thank you Team RJD!

Perfect! Roland J. Downs should be very proud of their employees. Starting with Dale Blanchard, Justin Sloan, David Snare, Rusty, Nick and Ben. Sorry I didn't get the last names of the last 3 guys! They worked great as a team, were very polite, answered all my questions, explained it in terms that I understood. We will see how well the new A/C works this weekend with temperatures hitting 80's and 90's with high humidity! If it works as good as your team worked, I will tell all the people I know! James & Ben installed our new furnace. They were top notch: Friendly, highly competent, and took the time to give us a quick orientation to our new system. They even took away the old furnace and packaging that came with a new one. It’s nice to have heat again, especially with winter right around the corner.
