Bellevue Woman's Center

This was my first time going to Bellevue. A friend of mine recommended it after delivering three children there many years ago.
I went as an unscheduled patient and was treated very well by all staff. The first person we encountered was a lady who checked us in- she was very kind and helpful.
Every nurse, resident and doctor we saw treated my husband and myself very well. They explained everything clearly, they were very responsive and we were there for about 4 hours total. It felt quick. Any time we had to wait we did not mind as we were unscheduled but they were still focused on us as if we were not. An emergency took place during our encounter there, so we were patient and understood they were doing their best. We were impressed, felt at ease and left very happy.
I look forward to delivering my baby there shortly. I felt confident, safe and genuinely cared for. Unlike Albany med where I have had the complete opposite experience. I delivered my first baby there and it was horrible.
I would recommend Bellevue to any woman I know.

I gave birth here a week or two ago and after doing so much research about hospitals in the region, I am SO happy I went with Bellevue. The labor and delivery nursing staff are absolute angels and helped us through everything in the delivery, the hospital staff was kind and the whole process was great - even the food was above expectations! Deliver here!

I just had my second baby at Bellevue and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I went in for a repeat C-section and every staff member I encountered made me feel extremely relaxed and at ease about the procedure. The anesthesiologist was absolutely great and talked to me the entire time to ensure everything went smoothly. The nursery staff was amazing at taking my daughter at night so I could get some rest. I've never met more friendly nurses than I did with those nurses.
