The staff were kind and helpful. They explained the rules clearly, as we were staying with dogs. The rooms are decent size and have all the amenities. Our room was mostly clean, they did miss a few wrappers under the night stand. I enjoyed the artwork.
I enjoyed this little spot that was quite the surprise. I expected something in a more urban setting. But I was able to walk around in a quiet suburban community. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms covered all the basic needs. Nice little breakfast with the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel or motel.

Duval Acura and Khalil are awesome! During my last visit to Duval Acura, Khalil went above and beyond his normal (but amazing) level of service and offered to transfer my baby stroller and car seat into the loaner car made available and back into my car once my service was completed. Without pause, he stepped in and offered help when it was not required of him. His service and extraordinary care is why I do and will continue to drive over an hour for service on my car. First time dealing with Khalil. Casey is my normal service advisor but Khalil came highly recommended. He was exceptional as very attentive, pro-active, and kept me posted on what was occurring with parts needed for car as well as services performed.
Khalil was very professional and informative, and he provided me lots of flexibility on my service. I felt like the information he gave me about the state of my vehicle was very clear and understandable. Gave me good forewarning about some future fixes I'll need to make on my car so I have time to prepare for them.
The text updates, phone call, and follow up email were all fantastic comms on their service process that I will happily pay for. :) I'm a referring customer for Acura all day.
