(June 17, 2023, 11:57 pm)Dinner with friends. Appetizers were fried lobster, short ribs, tuna tostada, stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes. Entrees were Braised short ribs, Sea Bass, Prime rib. All was well prepared. Fish was butter soft, prime rib with the salt crust was delicious, Braised short ribs tasted marinated in something like a teriyaki, not my favorite but tasty. We were serenaded by a pianist while we ate. She was good. Played some Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, even some Michael Jackson! Overall I'll be back. It's a must when visiting Rivers Casino.
