Bunt Commons I

I have lived in Bunt Commons II for the last 13 years. Sergio, Tony and Jose have been wonderful and are so efficient at what they do. I never have to wait long for them to show up and take care of any issue I may have. They are always pleasant when I see them and are definitely an asset to Bunt Commons. Also Kate who works in the office is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Overall it has been a pleasure living in Bunt Commons II.

Hi my name is Susan Thompson. I opened a maintenance ticket this morning # 511717 not having hot water. I contacted Kate this morning and she immediately opened the ticket and within an hour the maintenance man was knocking on my door and within minutes he had fixed the issue. He was so professional and polite and friendly. Kate and your team are wonderful and attentive. They are an amazing team . I really love living here and hope to be here for a very long time.

I cant speak highly enough about Kate the property manager at Bunt Commons. She went above and beyond helping me to get into an apt in Lindenhurst. She answered every question I had and guided me through a process on my end that was very difficult as I am not in NY while trying to get this apt. She did a video walk through at two different complexes with me and also showed the apt to a family member of mine. Sometimes when life is so hard as it is with me at the moment after losing my younger sister, God sends us an angel. This angels name is Kate Bosch 😇

I just recently moved in to Bunt Commons I. I love it. The apartments are newly renovated and my apartment is bright and airy. Kate Bosch, the property manager is professional and great. She has answered all the questions that I had and guided me through the whole move-in process. Whatever I needed was done right away. She is a great property manager. Also, the staff is great also. Sergio and Jose got done whatever needed to be done for a perfect move-in day. Thanks to Kate and her staff, I am very happy here.
