Then contact South Shore Tri Coach! I trained for my first duathlon with SSTC. I did not consider myself an athlete and I was intimidated by the sport. The coaches and the team members welcomed me in and truly supported me. Coach Bob took his time teaching me everything I needed to know from the ground up. While Coach Bob planned my workouts, all of the coaches worked with me during all group rides, runs and swims. Coach Paul and Coach Liz lead by example and make SSTC feel like a family. I was impressed with how prepared I felt by the time race day arrived. I felt confident and ready. It was a day I will never forget.
