I have myself run customer service and sales teams (although in a different industry), so I can be quite critical -- but I'm all the more appreciate when I receive service over-and-above the call of duty! Your attention to detail and follow-up skills are impeccable.
SCOTT: My parents raved about your genuineness and willingness to work with us, that I dropped the folks at the store I was working with and switched over to you. They put their full trust in you from the get-go.
JOHN: When Scott was at a different location during my time-sensitive decision time, you made the process seamless--you were knowledgeable, forthcoming, and lightning-fast in your turnaround of information and processing. You ensured the team would receive credit and your leadership and team spirit was apparent.

(May 26, 2018, 12:07 pm)We bought a mattress and box spring from the store for a basement apartment. The original salesperson Scott was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately we ran into a snag after ordering, and John was incredibly helpful and crafted a solution that worked well and allowed us to still have the proper merchandise in the same timeframe. What could have been a terrible situation became an easy fix thanks to a great team at Mattress Firm Commack. Thanks, again, John and Scott!
(December 10, 2016, 7:22 pm)Lenny and Marilyn helped us pick out our new mattress . They were the most professional, helpful, patient salespeople we ever met!! It was such a joy to work with them! They were honest, helpful and truly cared about us!! If i could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Lenny and Marilyn. So refreshing in this day and age on Long Island. :)
