“We moved our Mom to Sunrise Dix Hills in November. She had been in 3 other well rated care facilities, including most recently a SNF. The care at Sunrise Dix Hills is so much better than the other facilities. At each of the other places we were fortunate to have some wonderful care givers, but the good staff couldn't be there for every shift, so the care was inconsistent. Here she is flourishing, with consistently good care and great oversight from management and from the nursing staff. Friendly, caring, capable staff are making a great difference and we are so appreciative.”

It's a simple industry wide rule. What prompted me to write this review was the only other review here! People are so quick to bash a company and so slow to compliment them in reviews!
