Richard Ciarletta was friendly and supportive. Definitely made me feel at ease as we worked through the paperwork. The technician Marcy performed the work quickly and neatly and helped me answer questions about the Starlink and Eyesight displays. I will come back to Empire Subaru for future work on my Crosstrek.

I have always received excellent service. The staff has always been courteous and professional and the waiting room is a comfortable place. Brian was my point person on this trip and he took great care of me and my vehicle . I needed a taillight cover replaced and they worked with me to get a better price.

We recently purchased our third Subaru (and we love it), at Empire Subaru of Huntington. We chose this dealership because of the people who work there and the services provided.
Richard Ciarletta took care of our first Subaru, purchased when my daughter started college in 2002. He still asks about her every time we come in. When we needed to reach out to Subaru HQ on an issue, he navigated the process and implemented the solution.
The Ian Todd who handled this purchase did an outstanding job. He worked with his manager to get us a great deal and he handled all the insurance, registration, plate transfer etc. details so that completing the sale was painless. We actually had fun doing this.
I have no doubt that Empire will continue to take expert care of the new car and when we eventually need another, we won't go anywhere else.

My service appointment for an oil change could not have been better. I pulled in and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Mr. Ciarletta helped me once inside. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. I waited for my oil change and the car was ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Convenience professionalism seamless operation that's how I can describe Huntington SUBARU I had just a simple vehicle inspection on a Saturday morning. I pulled in the technician took over my vehicle then I was greeted professionally by SAL Modica at the front desk. He set everything up for me. I told him I had another appointment that morning he was very willing to set up a ride for me back to my house when I was able to accomplish what I needed to do. when the vehicle was ready he called me up and said would I like to pick it up and I told him that I was unable to. he gave me the option to pay the Service over the phone and my vehicle was brought to me. It really worked out for me! For me this is spectacular customer service. Thank you Huntington SUBARU and SAL highly recommended for all your SUBARU service needs.
