Hilaire Rehab and Nursing is a wonderful place. It may not be the newest but it is above all wonderful. Although, it has taken some time for Hilaire to become known, the new management here is exquisite. They pay attention to needs and handle any concerns with the utmost respect and courtesy in a timely matter. It is clean and has a great home feeling.
There will always be families who dislike certain things and that is with EVERY NURSING HOME. They make you feel comfortable and that is important.
If you look into the Hilaire, please do it without the negative remarks lingering in your head and see for yourself of its incredible turn around.
Our 94 year uncle spent his last month of life at Hilaire, and our entire family is grateful that he was there. Every single person at Hilaire, who dealt with uncle, in any way, knew his status, shared their knowledge with us, and made him comfortable and he was well cared for.
Hilaire is not the newest,or shiniest nursing home, but it's cleanest friendliest and and most caring that we've ever seen. It was very much like being in a caring home, tended by professional caring staff.
I can't imagine a more comforting place to spend the last phase of one's life, if you need to be away from home.
