There aren’t enough words to express how thankful we are to have Marlyne as our midwife from the start to the end of our pregnancy journey with our first baby. Marlyne is absolutely AMAZING! During our office visits, she was always sure to answer any questions we had, make us feel comfortable and always attentive. As a first time mother, from the start I knew I was in very good hands. During labor, Marlyne was calming and encouraging throughout our time at the hospital. I HIGHLY recommend Marlyne Charles :)

If anyone is looking for genuine care while going through pregnancy, I highly recommend Marlyne at the Huntington Medical Group. Attentive and extremely responsive for any questions my husband and I had all the way up to the actual delivery. Personable, relatable and sincere. Makes you feel comfortable, not crazy. Very calming during actual labor. I would trust her with my life!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Marlyne Charles during both of my pregnancies. From the very beginning of our journey, she made us feel comfortable, validated every concern and answered every question we had. When complications arose, Marlyne was our biggest and strongest advocate; ensuring that we were part of every decision made about my care and guiding us along the way. My 6 weeks postpartum visits were very thorough. Because of the care I received during my pregnancies, I plan to continue seeing Marlyne for all my care moving forward.

Marlyne was my midwife for my first child. I switched to her practice after having a bad experience with an OB in the area. Switching to her practice was like a warm embrace. She is so calm, capable, and accepting. She helped me feel empowered throughout my pregnancy. There are OBs and maternal fetal medicine doctors on her team when something needs additional review or tests.

Her practice puts all the info from your visits in a handy app for your phone so everything is just a tap away. She delivers at NYU Winthrop in Mineola and the nursing staff there was fantastic. I highly recommend Marlyne and her team!

When I found out I was pregnant in July of 2021, I knew that I wanted a midwife. I did my research and found Marleyne. The great thing is that I was already a patient at NYU so making the initial appointment was easy.

My 30 something plus weeks with Marleyne was hands down one of the best. She is extremely knowledgeable about her work which made it easier to establish that trust between patient and provider. She encouraged me to always ask questions to which I was provided thorough answers.

I was originally scheduled to be induced but baby boy had other plans. Marleyne is not usually in the hospital on a Friday and I was worried that she would not be there for the delivery. However she showed up right when I was about to have my first push. That is the dedication and commitment to her patients.

I would definitely recommend Marleyne to any and all my friends, family and colleagues.
