Northwell Health recommended Lifestyle and I’ve had a great experience there. Alex has been fantastic to work with, he and the team took the time to understand the problem and put together a comprehensive plan for me that is working really well. Plus you can’t beat the location if you live close to town. Couldn’t recommend them more!

After suffering from severe pain down my right leg for months, I finally was diagnosed as having sciatica due to a bulging disc in my lower back. My first form of treatment recommended was PT.
Having been highly recommended to Alex at Lifestyle, my treatment began. Within two weeks my pain greatly subsided, due to the personalized treatment I received.
Returning to my orthopedic, two weeks after my treatment began, I was supposed to receive a cortisone injection. I can happily say…..injection was not needed.
Hands down, Doc Alex is tops in his field. Also need to give a huge shoutout to Mo!!!!

Monisha and Alex are excellent! I found Lifestyle after looking for an excellent PT to support my ACL surgery recovery, and I’m so thankful to be working with them. Monisha brought me back from hobbling in on crutches a few days after surgery to feeling strong and more like myself just 6 weeks later. Following the birth of my baby, I sought out support to regain pelvic floor strength and work through pain at my epidural site. After some research, I reached out to Lifestyle PT and was set up with Dr Monisha. She diagnosed my areas of weak strength and set up a treatment plan that would help me reach my goal of safely running again postpartum. She truly partners with her patients, listening to my feedback on progress and setbacks, adjusting her approach every step of the way.
