They covered all areas they would be going through the house, explained every step of install, and discussed anticipated problems and offered options and cleaned up after themselves and have a detailed tutorial on how to operate the system. They also had a great work comradery. They did there work in an efficient manner but they also got along with each other and they were laughing and joking with each other which was nice to see. They enjoyed what they do together and this made the whole experience for me a pleasant one. As a customer this has been the easiest home improvement we have had.”
