I was in town because my father passed away, and this gym was so wonderful. When the owner learned about my Dad's passing, he insisted on only charging me for one day (I worked out for several days) and also gave me a t-shirt. What a great gym. I highly recommend CrossFit Rapture.
It was my first time hearing about cross fit when I joined Cross fit rapture, back in June 2016, I took a 6 week training, it was the best workout I have ever tried, they are punctual and know what they are doing, they understand beginners and the challenges of new students, I was pushed just right, the place gets a little too crowded but they coordinate accordingly.
Can not recommend this organization enough. Since my husband and I have become members we have discovered a new way to stay healthy and keep in shape that is ... FUN. How is it possible that someone like me wants to go work out? It's all about the community of people at Rapture and their excellent and caring coaching staff. All levels of fitness and all ages and body types this place welcomes you with open arms (literally) no drama no competition and no attitudes it's all acceptance and cheering each other on at Rapture.
