The experience you will receive with LI Live Is one-of-a-kind, they will help you with your fitness goals and keep you feeling confident in their fun friendly environment. So get in shape of a smile on your face!
(January 15, 2018, 2:25 pm)So great to have found this place. Awesome gym run by great people! The 30 minute workouts are so effective to meet fitness goals. I love that I can simply stop in and do my workout when it's convenient for my schedule. I can be in and out in 30 minutes and don't have to be bound by a class schedule! The set workouts are always different and the staff is always willing to make any adjustment to fit your needs. I'd recommend LI Live to anyone of any level experience with fitness and exercise.
