He took the time to find parts that would work and the cost was next to nothing. I had called MTD Products before I went to Provenzano's and there price was over $2.00 for each screw and $10.00 to ship. They didn't even have a part listing for 1 screw I needed but the guy at Provenzano's gave me one that worked. Definitely would return if I needed a part or service.”

“We needed an overhaul of our automatic gate system. The previous owner of our home had worked with IAL, but I wanted to go with a company closer to home. Unfortunately, that company came out and replaced the working part of the gate instead of the part that needed repair...I then called Vinnie at IAL. Vinnie personally answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. When his employees came out to do the work, the weather was horrible. They set up a canopy and worked through torrential rains.
