It was amazing!!! Great service though avoid the "downer".....the owner/manager? If manager, needs fired! She came out, I wasnt greeted at all at the register where she was standing, barking orders at people interrupting my checkout. She was rude, obnoxious, and unfriendly to her employees and myself as she yelled orders to her great, helpful, young employee (doing a great job helping me). I noticed her behavior towards young employees as I stood in near shock.. Power trip lady?!? Anger management is available. Be nice to your employees...they are the REPRESENTATIVES of your business. Employees = 5+ MEAN BOSS = 00000000000”

“One of the best Dunkin Donuts I have visited in NY. The Baskin Robbins Ice Cream shop is in here too. Tons of choices for ice cream, lots of premade cakes and 3-4 books of custom cakes that one can order. The D&D staff is great at preparing coffee / bakery orders. Didn't make a mistake with my slightly complicated coffee order. Will be back next time I'm in the Commack shopping area. Two thumbs up!”

“New to the area (3mths) and I've tried one other bagel spot in the area (which was NOT good). These guys know how to make really good bagels!! Sandwich orders are usually correct and the staff is friendly. I usually get breakfast and/or lunch. They do have tables to sit and enjoy your meals and good parking. If you haven't tried this place, I strongly suggest you do if your a bagel lover.”
