“If I could give this place ten stars I would, a worker named Charles helped my mother and I when we bought a tree from them and our SCAT bus wouldn't take us. We ordered a cab after that and he helped us with our bags, giving us some plastic bags to consolidate our groceries, helping load our tree into the cab and even offering to call a friend of his that drove a cab when ours was late. He was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. I could not say thank you enough. Anyone in customer service should take their cues from him, he treated us as no less than family and made a day that could have easily been a horrible experience, wonderful.”
