Kayaking on the Esopus creek is a must activity if you’re in the area. The creek is gentle and scenic, and the kayaks are comfy and spiffy. Such a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours! And I Paddle NY is definitely the way to go. Everything is easy and fuss-free. Highly recommend

First time kayaking with the whole fam. Booked for 3 hours which really let us go at our own pace and enjoy the creek. The owner was alright. The creek had some parts that weren't as clean/clear as others but still quite beautiful and serene.

River of relaxation. Super friendly, super fun. She got all four of my kids (ages 4 to 12) and my husband and me on tandem kayaks. She gave us all water guns, and showed the oldest how to paddle their own kayak. We had a blast!

My husband and I are fairly knowledgeable with kayaking and have gone many times but this was special! The owner was amazing and guided us on a lovely sunset tour in Saugerties waters. She gave us some historical stories and fun information about the area and the surroundings. She set it all up perfectly bringing us to a stunning spot in the water to experience the sunset. She even brought fresh blueberries, healthy snacks and water. It’s a great way to spend your evening.

First time kayaking in a tandem kayak, and it was a tremendous success! I had initial concerns about capsizing, but Gail's informative guidance quickly eased my worries. She provided us with numerous helpful tips and pointers before we embarked on the water, which made the entire experience a breeze. By the end of our session, I felt like a pro! The kayaks and life jackets were impeccably clean, and the calm river's beauty enhanced the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this place to beginners as it is extremely beginner-friendly.
