A Day Away Kayak Rentals

We rented kayaks for an hour, which was enough time to paddle past the red bridge and up to the waterfall. Fantastic time! The kayaks were ready and waiting when we arrived, and it was quick getting out onto Rondout Creek. We saw a Corcoran and several turtles sunning themselves.

Had a great time! Booked online which was easy, checkin was seamless, kayaking was a blast with a great scenic location, and 10/10 I’d do it again!

We had so much fun! The crew of guys who help you were so kind and welcoming. We had some first timers and they were patient and very helpful (and strong haha). Will definitely be coming back!

Loved it‼ Such an easy sign up online AND when you get there you can make the reservation right then and there (they have a scan code there in the parking lot) so you can go randomly as well. Super nice employees running it, felt confident getting on the water w their guidance on where to go. Got to see a few bald eagles kayaking through the mini islands where they nest. A duck actually was following us our whole trip, was really cute 😝
Beautiful by the falls, just a perfect way to spend 2 hours, def the perfect amount of time to explore the entire area. Between the giant ships the eagle nesting islands and the falls would for sure reccomend. Great to tandem kayak w kids (5+), kayaking in this area is a great way to enjoy the day/scenery while getting some good exercise + staying cool, you can't beat it.
*Also, they are the top 2 places in a 10 mile radius (prob further) for prices, super fair for what you get compared to their competitors in the area, good pick.
