Ulster Travel Plaza

It’s an OK rest area.
Parking, bathrooms, food options: not too bad not so great.
It’s considered a historical site so that’s a plus

Good rest stop. There are a couple of restaurants for coffee and food. The Starbucks wasn't so good though - made me realize I'm in USA - tonnes of sugar. Rest rooms were clean and functioning well. Plenty of parking available.
There's a gas station available right next to the plaza.

There was a all gender/ gender neutral family restroom. It was clean. The family bathroom is big enough for a powered wheelchair and a caretaker if needed, there is a bar and curtain as well. Sink, soap, and toilet paper, may be difficult for little people to reach. Baby changing table not big enough for kids, just toddlers and babies. The door was heavy but plenty wide enough for most wheelchairs. I thought it was locked at first. Had paper towels- not hand blow dryer thingy. And a sharps disposal container.

Restrooms we're clean and smelt decent. Gas was available as well as a plethora of other things. Such as, ATM, FREE cell phone charging, Starbucks, Burger King, and plenty of parking.
